The voting period for the 2026 College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) Board elections is now open in Districts 2, 5, and 7. Registered Massage Therapists/Massage Therapists (RMTs/MTs) in the districts can vote until 5 p.m. on Wednesday, September 30, 2026. After the elections, the results will be posted on the website.

RMTs/MTs in Districts 2, 5, and 7 can vote now!

You will vote in the district you were located in when nominations opened on July 31, 2026.

The districts are defined as:

• District 2: Composed of the territorial district of Nipissing, the counties of Renfrew, Hastings, Prince Edward, Frontenac and Lanark, the united counties of Lennox and Addington, Leeds and Grenville, Prescott and Russell, Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry and the regional municipality of Ottawa-Carleton, excluding the postal codes that are in District 3.
• District 5: Composed of the counties of Simcoe, Dufferin, Wellington, Halton and Peel, and postal codes beginning with L0K, N0B, excluding the postal codes that are in District 3.
• District 7: Composed of academic members.

CMTO has partnered with Simply Voting to administer the elections online. RMTs/MTs in the districts will receive an email with instructions on how to vote.
