Reinstatement Applications
To reinstate your Certificate of Registration, please log in to the Applicant Portal and complete the reinstatement application applicable to your situation.
Types of Reinstatement
- Reinstatement for Non-Payment of Fees: For registrants who have been suspended for less than two years due to non-payment of registration and administration fees (see fee schedule below).
- Reinstatement for Non-Compliance with Professional Liability Insurance (PLI): For registrants who have been suspended for non-compliance with the PLI requirement for holding a General Certificate of Registration.
- Reinstatement for Non-Compliance with Authorization to Work in Canada: For registrants who have been suspended for non-compliance with the requirement to be authorized to work in Canada in order to hold a General Certificate of Registration.
