The College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) has made amendments to its two open Requests for Proposals (RFPs), by adding a budget range to both RFPs:

• Development of CMTO’s 2025-2030 Strategic Plan: This project involves developing CMTO’s next 5-year strategic plan, including stakeholder engagement, environmental scanning, and setting strategic priorities and KPIs. The budget guide for this RFP is $50,000-$60,000.
• CMTO Communications Audit: This project focuses on reviewing CMTO’s current communication strategies, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending ways to enhance engagement with stakeholders. The budget guide for this RFP is $30,000-$35,000.

Both projects are critical for CMTO’s work in regulating Massage Therapy in Ontario. While the two RFPs are separate, we encourage submissions to both. If you are interested in applying to both, you will need to submit separate proposals for each.

Key Timelines

• Intent to Submit: Let us know if you plan to submit a proposal by February 13, 2025, at 5 p.m. EST.
• Questions Due: Any questions about the RFPs must be submitted by February 20, 2025, at 5 p.m. EST.
• Proposal Submission Deadline: Final proposals are due by March 6, 2025, at 5 p.m. EST.
• Meetings: Meetings with short-listed bidders will occur March 10 to 18, 2025.
