The College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) to select a vendor to fully design, develop, and maintain a new website for the College.

This project will support CMTO’s mandate to protect the public by improving the accessibility, navigation, and overall user experience of its website for patients, Registered Massage Therapists/Massage Therapists (RMTs/MTs), and other community partners. The new website will include enhanced accessibility, full bilingual (English and French) functionality, improved search engine optimization, and a modern, audience-focused design.

The budget guide for this RFP is $70,000, and the anticipated website launch is targeted for quarter 1 or quarter 2 of 2027.

• Intent to Submit: July 7, 2026, by 5 p.m. EST.
• Questions Due: July 14, 2026, by 5 p.m. EST.
• Proposal Submission Deadline: August 11, 2026, by 5 p.m. EST.
