Christian Javier Gutierrez Not Permitted to Practise, Under Investigation due to Sexual Assault Charge

TORONTO August 5, 2026 – The College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) confirms that it is investigating Christian Javier Gutierrez, as this individual was charged with one count of sexual assault by the London Police Service.
Pursuant to signing an Undertaking with CMTO, Christian Javier Gutierrez is not permitted to practise Massage Therapy in Ontario.

CMTO urges anyone with relevant information or concerns about this individual to contact the College immediately. All reports will be handled confidentially and with sensitivity to support affected individuals.
