David J. Ludwig – CMTO Suspends Certificate of Registration, Charged with Sexual Assault

TORONTO, August 11, 2025 – The College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) has suspended David J. Ludwig’s Certificate of Registration after he was charged with one count of sexual assault by the Toronto Police Service. David J. Ludwig is not permitted to practise Massage Therapy in Ontario.

“This suspension underscores our commitment to protecting the public while the criminal justice system addresses these serious charges,” said Maureen Boon, CMTO’s Registrar and CEO.
