Practice Profile, a component of STRiVE Part 2: Risk-based Assessment, is now open!

Registered Massage Therapists/Massage Therapists (RMTs/MTs) who hold a General Certificate of Registration must complete Practice Profile and will have 30 days to submit it. RMTs/MTs who hold an Inactive Certificate of Registration are not required to complete Practice Profile but may complete it if they choose.

How to access Practice Profile

Practice Profile is available via the STRiVE platform. Once you log in to your Registrant Profile, choose STRiVE from the menu options, select Practice Profile, and then follow the instructions on the platform.

Practice Profile must be submitted between March 1 and March 31, 2025. It takes about one hour to complete, and you have the option to save your progress, should you need to exit and return to it later.

As a reminder, for the best user experience, complete STRiVE requirements on a computer with a browser such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge instead of a phone or tablet.
