Update on Inter-jurisdictional
Competency Profile Development
The Massage Therapy Consortium, consisting
of British Columbia (BC), Newfoundland & Labrador (NL) and Ontario (ON) worked collaboratively
to create a common entry-to-practice competency profile adopted by all regulated
jurisdictions in 2010.
The next phase of the project (phase
2) is to develop Performance Indicators for each of the Inter-jurisdictional Practice
Competency Standards developed.
