Yu Liu – CMTO Confirms Investigation into Sexual Assault Charges

TORONTO, March 18, 2022 – The College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) confirms that it is investigating Yu Liu, who is charged with two counts of sexual assault, contrary to Section 271 of the Criminal Code of Canada.
Yu Liu practised in North York and Thornhill, Ontario.
Yu Liu is not currently able to practice Massage Therapy in Ontario. CMTO has issued an interim suspension order that prohibits Yu Liu from practising Massage Therapy in Ontario. Please see Yu Liu’s details on CMTO’s public register for further information. CMTO is currently cooperating with York Regional Police on this matter.
