Illegal Practitioner Advisory: Sikatema Lishomwa is Falsely Posing as an RMT/MT, Wanted on Numerous Criminal Charges

Sikatema Lishomwa, 36, of Toronto, has been falsely posing as a Registered Massage Therapist/Massage Therapist (RMT/MT) using stolen identities. CMTO previously posted an advisory about this individual in July 2025, when she was operating under the pseudonym “Lexie Foster”, but she may be operating under other names. She is currently wanted by the Toronto Police Service on 69 criminal charges, including identity theft, fraud, forgery, and assault. She is not registered with CMTO and is not authorized to practise Massage Therapy in Ontario.
Police describe Lishomwa as approximately six-feet tall with a slim build, black hair, and brown eyes. An image released by police is below.
