Franklin Jimenez – CMTO Confirms Investigation into Sexual Assault Charge, Urges Potential Victims to Come Forward

TORONTO, February 27, 2025 – The College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) confirms that it is investigating Franklin Jimenez, who is charged with one count of sexual assault by the Durham Regional Police Service. CMTO strongly urges anyone with relevant information or concerns about this individual, or who may have experienced misconduct, to contact the College immediately. All reports will be handled confidentially and with sensitivity to support affected individuals.
