Abdulrahman Al-Kaysee Not Permitted to Practise, Under Investigation due to Sexual Assault Charge

TORONTO, February 19, 2026 – The College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) confirms that it is investigating Abdulrahman Al-Kaysee, who was charged with one count of sexual assault by the Hamilton Police Service.
Pursuant to an Undertaking signed with CMTO, Abdulrahman Al-Kaysee is not permitted to practise Massage Therapy in Ontario.

“Sexual abuse is a violation of the trust that patients place in their Registered Massage Therapist. Through an Undertaking signed with CMTO, this registrant is not permitted to practise Massage Therapy. At this time, we are cooperating fully with the Hamilton Police Service,” said Maureen Boon, CMTO’s Registrar and CEO.
CMTO urges anyone with relevant information or concerns about this individual to contact the College immediately. All reports will be handled confidentially and with sensitivity to support affected individuals.
