Kate Dewhirst, health lawyer and health privacy expert, will discuss recent and upcoming changes to the Personal Health Information Protection Act, 2004 including electronic system requirements, how to prevent and address privacy breaches, and responsibilities of the Health Information Custodians (HICs).
