Experiential Learning Exercise

Designed to help RMTs develop skills in the processes of reflective practice, the Experiential Learning Exercise supports the continual evolution of competence throughout the RMT’s career.

Reflective practice means an individual critically analyzes professional performance, with the intent of achieving ongoing improvement and further developing areas of strength and expertise.

Submitted annually, the Experiential Learning Exercise focuses on ‘learning by doing’, which links to the Career-Span Competency Practice in a self-reflective manner.
