Michel Sarkis – Update: CMTO Confirms Investigation into Allegations of Sexual Abuse

TORONTO, September 18, 2020 – The College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) confirms that it is investigating new allegations of sexual abuse made against Michel Sarkis (formerly Michel McSayghis) by two (2) clients.
As a result of the ongoing investigations, CMTO has issued an interim suspension order that prohibits Michel Sarkis from practising Massage Therapy in Ontario. Please see Michel Sarkis’ details on CMTO’s public register for further information.
CMTO is cooperating with the York Regional Police on this matter.
