Manuel Enrique Batista Hornia – CMTO Confirms Investigation into Sexual Assault Charge

TORONTO, August 23, 2022 – The College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) confirms that it is investigating Manuel Enrique Batista Hornia, who has been charged with one count of sexual assault.
Manuel Enrique Batista Hornia has resigned his Certificate of Registration, and is no longer permitted to practise Massage Therapy in Ontario.
CMTO has commenced an investigation into these allegations and is cooperating with the Sarnia Police Service. Please see Manuel Enrique Batista Hornia’s details on CMTO’s public register for further information.
