Self Assessment Tool

The Self-Assessment Tool is intended to support registrants with the identification of new learning opportunities and the creation of professional development plans once every three years.

Submission of Self-Assessment Tool

Registrants that hold a General Certificate status are required to complete and submit the Self-Assessment Tool online. CMTO will provide timelines for submission within sixty (60) days of a new Continuing Education Unit (CEU) cycle commencing or upon a registrant’s return to a General Certificate status.
