On March 9, 2022, the Chief Medical Officer of Health announced that Ontario’s mask mandates would be ending on March 21st in most settings. Mask mandates will continue in select settings such as public transit, health care settings, long-term care homes and congregate care settings.

CMTO is closely monitoring this announcement and will provide further updates as they become available.  As we learn more (e.g., about health care settings)  we will update our COVID-19 webpage and email all RMTs.
