CMTO’s STRiVE Part 1: Be the Best You Can Be closed on October 31, 2023, with a completion rate of over 94%.

CMTO is excited to see RMTs engage with our new, streamlined process. Based on feedback provided by RMTs as part of our survey last fall, CMTO implemented several changes to STRiVE: Be the Best You Can Be:

• All RMTs were placed on the same one-year cycle;
• Shifted the timeframe from September 1 – October 31;
• CMTO provided a simplified Self-Assessment and Learning Plan​; and
• The E-Learning Module​ was based on four select Standards of Practice for 2024.
