Practice Profile Opens March 1
February 2024
Starting March 1, 2024, RMTs with a General Certificate of Registration will be required to complete Practice Profile, a component of the Risk-based Assessment. Once the submission period opens, RMTs will have 30 days to complete Practice Profile, using the STRiVE platform. Practice Profile will take about an hour to complete.
Practice Profile has two sections:
Section 1: RMTs answer questions about their risks and supports to competence.
Self Inventory of Risks and Supports |
Responses in Practice Profile are for personal use only and remain confidential. |
RMTs are encouraged to respond honestly to receive the most value out of the feedback provided. If a certain factor is identified as a risk, this doesn’t mean the RMT has a problem; rather, Practice Profile provides awareness of potential risks and available supports.
Section 2: RMTs answer questions about selected Standards of Practice.
Standards of Practice Quiz |
Responses to questions are scored automatically. Answers and explanations are provided upon submission. |
The selected Standards of Practice for 2024 are:
Once Practice Profile is submitted, RMTs will receive a customized feedback report. The report is more helpful if RMTs answer Practice Profile questions accurately and to the best of their ability. The feedback helps RMTs reflect on their individual risks and supports to competence.
