Practice Profile, a component of STRiVE Part 2: Risk-based Assessment, is now open!

RMTs with a General Certificate of Registration are required to complete Practice Profile and will have 30 days to submit it. RMTs with an Inactive Certificate of Registration are not required to complete Practice Profile but may complete it if they choose.

How to access Practice Profile

Access your Registrant Login, choose STRiVE from the menu options, select Practice Profile, and follow the instructions on the platform.

As a reminder, for the best user experience, complete STRiVE requirements on a PC or laptop with a modern browser such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.

Practice Profile must be submitted between March 1 to 31, 2024. It will take about one hour to complete, and you have the option to save your progress, should you need to exit and return later.
