At its September 10, 2018 meeting, Council approved a number of amendments to By-Law No. 8 – The Register and Registrant Information. The attached chart highlights the proposed amendments and provides the rationale for the amendments. Please note that the majority of these amendments are as a result of changes in the Regulated Health Professions Act, 1991, which would take precedent over the by-laws.
The College is seeking your feedback on the proposed amendments to this by-law. Prior to finalizing these proposals, the College will carefully consider your comments and suggestions, keeping in mind the College’s public interest mandate.
