ONLINE application and scheduling for OSCE or MCQ

Applicants are encouraged to apply/pay for and schedule their OSCE examination session online. Spaces at the OSCE are limited, and applicants are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Candidates applying for an exam and paying online must have an email address and a credit card for payment. Click the link below and enter the information requested. You will be emailed a Login and Password that you will need any time you want to log in to the website to apply for an exam, do online registration renewal, etc. Please ensure you hold on to this login and password information as it is the only way you can log in to the College's application and registration systems.

Paper (mail or fax) application

Candidates paying by certified cheque or money order must download a printed application, complete the form and mail or fax it with payment to the College. Please note that this is a slower process for exam scheduling and your preferred dates may not be available once your application is processed.

Returning Candidates

Returning candidates who have a login and have already created a file in the College’s database should proceed directly to “Log In Now” and follow the prompts.
Please use the login information that you set up the first time you applied. If you do not remember your username or password, there will be a link on the login page that will allow you to request the information by email.
