The cases below have been summarized to provide information for the public and the membership. It is hoped that Massage Therapists will review the cases for information to assist them in identifying what may or may not constitute professional misconduct, incompetence and the consequences. Additionally it is hoped that the cases will provide direction with respect to practice standards and professional behaviour for Massage Therapists.
